the difference between the prokaryotes and eukaryotes is that-
(i) prokaryotes don't have well defined nucleus but eukaryotes have a well defined nucleus.
(ii) prokaryotes have only one chromosome but eukaryotes have more than one chromosome.
(iii) prokaryotes don't have membrane bound organells but eukaryotes have membrane bound organells .
