State the Difference between Simple Distillation and Fractional Distillation.
(on the Basis of the Difference in The Temperatures & The Components involved as a Setup of the Apparatus)

  1. simple distillation here the product coming out is only one so the boiling point of the solution is fixed. the setup consists of conical flask  for distllate,liebeg condenser for cooling the vapours of distllate, round bottom flask,stoppers, ex:- distillation of water fractional distillation here the products are large in number so the boiling point of the solution is changed after one product is collected. the setup consists of conical flasks  for distllates,liebeg condenser for cooling the vapours of distllates, round bottom flask,stoppers, ex:- distillation of crude oil to get petroleum products like petrol,diesel and etc.  hope this may help you
