prokaryotes -Not well organised nucleus & nuclear material is not enclosed by  nuclear membrane . The genetic material is equivalent  to 1 molecule of  DNA . chromatin networks absence . ex. bacteria .
eukaryotes reverse of above , consist more molecule of  DNA .
ex. plants animals
