The answer:- Breakdown of glucose in the body in the presence of oxygen and resulting into CO2 , energy and H2O is called aerobic respiration..

What is anaerobic respiration?
The answer:-  
Breakdown of glucose  in the body in the absence of oxygen and resulting into CO2 , Lactic acid , energy is called anaerobic respiration.. (Occurs in muscles of humans)
