The writing languages that followed or evolved are presently known as Latin, Hebrew, Arabic, etc.

EXPLANATION:

    The development of script has a long untraced history, but it was first invented in Mesopotamia in the form of alphabets which were derived eventually derived through sensation of different sounds.

    Latin was standardized around 800 AD and cursive writing was derived from there followed by invention of printing press which provided further new standards to the script.
