1 )Rutherford can't explain line spectrum
2)according to electromagnetic theory if charge particle move (acceleration occur) then it will loose it's energy and then it would get embeded in the nucleus

but soon Bohr explains that though electron in a charge particle but it wouldn't get embeded into the nucleus due to the cause acceleration
(Bohr give a equation which he can't derivates but it was based on pratical experiences which says that e- has its fixed orbit and it didnt loose the energy while accelerating)
