when riding a bicycle the rider's physical energy is converted to the bicycle's heat energy and kinetic energy. During transformation, the total energy remains conserved. Hence,the various energy transformations that occur when you are riding a bicycle are muscular energy to kinetic and heat energy.

When stone is released from the Catapult, elastic potential energy is changed into Kinetic energy.

The mechanical energy is used to vibrate the metallic body of the ring-bell. When the bell vibrates, it produces sound energy. So, the initial electrical energy is finally converted into sound energy.
