Factors that affect land use -

1. Fertilizers and pesticides.

Fertilizers and Pesticides are the main cause affecting the land. When excess of fertilizers are used the land becomes less fertile and not good for crops.

second reason is deforestation.

When trees are cut in a large number, the land looses it's fertili again and there are chances of soil erosion.

it is depend on the fertility of soil and in the basic of land the crop are sowing in better time of climate.
for the best result of crown we use many types of fertility product pesticides and insecticides land is wastage in our earth because of many part of land are formed in forest which make it unuseful this activity is known as deforestation
