1. Loudness is directly proportional to the square of the amplitude of the wave.

2. Loudness is inversely proportional to the square of the distance.

3. Loudness is inversely proportional to humidity.

Pitch of sound is a subjective property which depends on frequency of the sound.
Frequency depends on the following factors:

1. Frequency is directly proportional to the square root of tension on the string.

2. Frequency is inversely proportional to the mass per unit area of the string.
