Answer:

Newton's first law of motion - sometimes referred to as the law of inertia. An object at rest stays at rest and an object in motion stays in motion with the same speed and in the same direction unless acted upon by an unbalanced force.

a) Law of Motion

1 st Law

Law of inertia i.e everybody continues to be in the state of rest or uniform motion intill an external Force is applied on it

2 nd Law

The rate of change of momentum is directly proportional to force and is directed to that of force.

3 rd Law

Every action has an equal and opposite reaction.

b. Law of conservation of momentum

During the collision, the total momentum before collision is equal to the total momentum after collision.
