Answer:

Bile juice is produced in the liver which flows into the duodenum.

1. It acts on Fats to convert them into emulsified fat.

2. It contains a lot of sodium bicarbonate which neutralizes the acid content of food received from stomach and makes it alkaline to enable the pancreatic and intestinal enzymes to act upon them.

Pancreatic juice is produced in the pancreas and opens into the duodenum.

It contains 3 kinds of enzymes:

1. Amylopsin digests leftover starch into maltose.

2. Trypsin acts on remaining proteins and peptides to produce smaller peptides and amino acids.

3. Steapsin acts on emulsified fats to convert them into fatty acids and glycerol.
