<b><u>Answer</u></b>

<b><u><font size="5">Functions of cerebellum</font></u></b>

1. The cerebellum receives information from the sensory system, the spinal cord, and other parts of the brain and then regulates motor movements.

2. The cerebellum coordinates voluntary movements such as postures, balance, coordination ans speech, resulting in smooth and balanced muscular activities.

3. It helps to sequence the motor activities and also monitors and makes corrective adjustments in the body's motor activities while they are being performed.

4. The cerebellum receives continuously updated information about the desired sequence of muscles contractions from the brain motor control areas.
