The retina is a thin layer of tissue that lines the back of the eye on the inside. It is located near the optic nerve. The purpose of the retina is to receive light that the lens has focused, convert the light into neural signals, and send these signals on to the brain for visual recognition.

Sclera- protects the eyeball and also give strength.

pupil or black spot -in the middle of the eye helps in entering the light.

Iris- control the entering of light by changing the size of pupil.

Eye lens - A clear lens, located behind the pupil, acts like a camera lens by focusing light onto the retina at the back of the eye.
