A) The cells of liver release/secret the bile juice which helps in emulsification of fat. However it will also convert the acidic food coming from stomach in alkaline,acilitating action of pancreatic enzymes.
B) It is like a storage tank means it store the bile juice and also concentrate it produced by liver
