the answer is.........

Lymph is watery clear fluid or colourless because it lacks red blood cells (erythrocytes). Red blood cells contain haemoglobin which provide red colour to the blood.

Lymph consists of plasma and white blood cells (leucocytes) only.

Lymph is an interstitial fluid or tissue fluid found in spaces between the cells. Lymph picks up bacteria and viruses and help them to destroy. Thus, it helps in defence .It also helps in carrying digested and absorbed fats from intestine.

Hi,

Here's ur answer:-

The functions of lymph are:-

1) Protective :- Lymph contains the enzymes lymphocytes and monocytes that provide immunity. Also, you may have noticed powerful swelling in the abdomen or under groins (armpit). This is a protective sign of lymph.

2)Absorption:- It absorbs fats and other nutrients from small intestine and transports it to the liver.

3)Nutritive:- It provides nutrients to those parts of body where reaching of blood is not possible. It contains all the essential nutrients to be transported to any part of a body.

HOPE IT HELPED (^_^)
