  1. The cells of liver secret bile juice which helps in emulsification of fats. It also makes the acidic food coming from the stomach alkaline thus, facilitating the action of pancreatic enzymes.
  2. Gall bladder stores and concentrates the bile juice produced by the liver.
  3. The villi increase the intestinal absorptive surface area. This ensures that there is more space for the food and its components to be absorbed.

Answer:

LIVER -- Liver is responsible for forming bile which is essentiall for fat digestion and absorption. Lever is part of alimentary canal trough which food enters into body and solid waste are expelled. It plays an important role in digestion of our food. Though it is small in size, it holds bile production in liver.

GALL BLADDER -- The gallbladder is a pear-shaped, hollow structure located under the liver and on the right side of the abdomen. Its primary function is to store and concentrate bile, a yellow-brown digestive enzyme produced by the liver. The gallbladder is part of the biliary tract

VILLI -- the villi and the microvilli increase intestinal absorptive surface area approximately 30-fold and 600-fold, respectively, providing exceptionally efficient absorption of nutrients in the lumen. There are also enzymes (enterocyte digestive enzyme) on the surface for digestion.
