Bile juice contains acids that act on fats and fat soluble vitamins and help in their digestion in the small intestine.
Bile also helps in the elimination of bilirubin, which is not required by the body.
Both Pepsin and Trypsin are digestive enzymes that act on proteins and help in their breakdown and hence aids in protein digestion.
The only difference lies in their site of secretion.
Pepsin is secreted by the stomach whereas trypsin is secreted by the pancreas.
