Flower is the (sexually) reproductive part of the plant.

1.It accommodates the sex organs of plant i.e; stamens and carpels (pistil).

2.It attracts insects and other animals in prior to pollination.

3.It gives nectar.

4. It is the beauty of the plant…:)

But remember flower is not a single term…it comprises the petals,sepals,androecium (stamen),gynoecium (carpel) and an ovary with one or many ovules.

Each part of a flower has a direct or indirect role in the overall development and survival of the plant.

5. If there is no flower, there are no plants (except the one that reproduce asexually).
