Matter can change from one form to other form i.e from solids to liquids to gases. The phenomenon of the change of matter from one state to another and back to original state is known as interconversion of the sates of matter. Matter can be changed from one state to another by changing temperature or pressure.
Example: Air-Water Vapour
Liquid-Water
Solid-Ice

Matter → Anything which occupies space and has mass.
Matter can change its state (solid, liquid, gas) by variations in temperature and pressure.
Your answer :-
Solid → Liquid = Fusion
example :- Ice changing to water
Liquid → Gas = Vaporization
example :- water changing to steam.
Liquid → Solid = Solidification
example :- water changing to ice
Gas → Liquid = Condensation
example :- steam changing to water.
Solid → Gas = Sublimation
example :- Camphor changing to its gaseous state.
Gas → Solid = Deposition
example :- Cooling the gaseous state of camphor will form camphor again.
