Answer:

law of conservation of energy :

law of conservation of energy states that total energy of an isolated system remains constant, in simple words :-energy neither be created nor be destroyed , it can only converted into one form to another

Total energy remains conserved at any instant of a freely falling body :

At A velocity =0=u

K.E =1/2mv square =0

P.E=mgh, T.E=P.E+K.E=mgh

At B , velocity

V square =u square + 2as

K.E = 1/2 mv square =mgx

P.E=mg (h-x)

T.E=P.E+K.E

=mg(h-x)+mgx

=mgh

At c , velocity:

v square = u square+ 2as

=2 gh

K.E= 1/2mv square

= mgh

P.E=0

  • T.E = P.E+K.E = mgh
  • hope it helps you
