A))Laws of refracrion:
1)angle of incidence is equal to the angle of refraction.
2)when light travels from the denser to rarer medium it bends away from normal.
3)when light travels from rarer ro denser medium it bends towards the normal.
B))Absolute refractive index:
ratio of speed of light in vacuum and in selected medium.
C)) I have this expression in my textbook so i will attach it here .
hope it will help you

The refracted ray, incident ray and normal all lie in the same plane.
The ratio of sine of angle of incidence and angle of refraction is constant.
Absolute refractive index is defined as the ratio of the velocity of light in vaccuum to the velocity of light in medium.
Expression to relate speed of light in vacuum=
n=c/v
