The two laws of refraction are:-

1.the normal , incident Ray and refrected Ray lie at same plane.

2.sini/sinr=constant
the ratio of sin of angle of incident with sin of angle of refraction is constant.

Hello

(I) The incident, the refracted ray and the normal to the interface of two transparent media at the point of incidence, all lie in the same plane.

(2)The ratio of sine of angle of incidence to the sine of angle of refraction is a constant. This law is also known as Snell's law of refraction.
 \frac{sin \: i}{sin \: r } = constant
