State the main reason of defeat of Siraj - ud -Daulah at Plassey.

The main reason was that his forces were led by Mir jafar and he was corrupt and bought by British east India company's officials . He was promised that he be would made the nawab if he didn't fought the battle and let the company win. After the company he became the nawab of Bengal
