IT STATES THAT THERE ARE TWO CHARACTERS IN GAMETES AND IN WHICH ONE OF THEM IS EXPRESSABLE TO ALL WHILE OTHER IS NOT . SO THR ONE WHO IS EXPRESSABOE IS SAID DOMINANT AND ONE WHO IS NOT IS RECESSIVE CHARACTER.
