Answer:

Mode of heat transfer in following conditions:

(a) A paper cup, full of hot soup, lying on a table - "Convection mode of heat transfer".

In this procedure, heat is moved in the fluid and gases from region of "higher temperature to lower temperature".

Convection happens incompletely because of the real development of atoms or because of the mass exchange.

The mode of heat transfer is as follows:

(1) A paper cup, full of hot soup, laying on a table - convection

It is usually the mode of heat transfer in liquids and gases.

(2) Cooking vegetables in a pan- conduction

The pan, which is in direct contact with the heat source, transfers the heat to the vegetables.

(3)- Melting of a chocolate bar, in the school bag, on a hot day- conduction

Conduction of heat takes place from the surroundings to the bag and finally to the chocolate.

(4) Cooking food in a microwave oven- Radiation

It is the mode of heat transfer in which there's no direct contact between the heat source and the molecules to be heated.
