a) in a concrete cell - Here, Alliteration is being used as the sound 'c' is being repeated.

b) Sliding through long grass near the hole where plump deer pass - Here even Alliteration is used because the sound 'p' is repeated.

c) Quiet rage - Here, transferred epithet is used as the adjective ( epithet) 'quiet' which is actually used for the tiger is transferred.

d) On the pads of velvet - Here, hyperbole is used as the paws of tiger can't be of velvet.
