1. without sign of him a bill can not be came in power.
2. President is first person of any country.
3. President can dismiss any person crime against the order of supreme Court Judge.
4. Lower house and Upper house can not start with president speech.

In India the President is the head of the state and has the following powers.

1. All government activities take place in the name of the President. He exercises only nominal powers.

2. He supervises the overall functioning of all the political institutions in the country so that day operate in harmony to achieve the objective of the state.

3. All the laws and major policy decision of the government taken in his name.

4. All international treaties and agreements are made in his name.

5. He is the supreme commander of the defence forces of India.
