According to principle of flotation it states that the  an object will float in a liquid if its weight is equal to weight of water displaced by it.

an object will float in a liquid if its weight is equal to weight of water displaced by it.WEIGHT OF OBJECT = WEIGHT OF WATER DISPLACED BY OBJECT

if weight of an object is 46 kg then the water displaced by it when keeps underwater will be equal to the weight of an object.

Hope it helps
