- Customer satisfaction is the biggest asset for a company. When a customer is unhappy with the product or service it is a huge loss for the company as it means not only losing on a single customer but a group of them.
- In order to get the trust of the consumer back and retain them one needs to be sensitive towards their problem and emphatic towards their issue.
