While the term "Grievance Redressal" primarily covers the receipt and processing of complaints from citizens and consumers, a wider definition includes actions taken on any issue raised by them to avail services more effectively.

  • Customer satisfaction is the biggest asset for a company. When a customer is unhappy with the product or service it is a huge loss for the company as it means not only losing on a single customer but a group of them.
  • In order to get the trust of the consumer back and retain them one needs to be sensitive towards their problem and emphatic towards their issue.
  • One should do the best in order to solve the issue.
  • In case of a really good customer, complete compensation is also appreciated.
