solid
1.have fixed shape ,fixed volume
2.cannot be compressed much.
3.have high densities.it is heavy
4.they are rigid.
liquid
1.cannot be compressed much.
2.moderate to high densities.less dense than solid.
3.they are fluid.
4.have fixed volume.
gases
1.neither have a fixed volume nor fixed shape.
2.can be compressed easily.
3.have very low densities.
4.these are fluid
As I am in class nine so I know this much only.

Explanation:

Properties of solids:

  • Have a rigid, definite shape
  • Don’t take the shape of their respective container
  • Have definite volume
  • Have a definite melting point.
  • Have high density
  • They are in-compressible
  • Relatively, some particles are motionless

Properties of liquids:

  • Taking the shape of their respective container
  • Having a definite volume
  • Have particles which are in “constant motion”
  • Have relatively high amount of density.
  • They are relatively in-compressible
  • Have ability to diffuse
  • Exhibit surface tension.

Properties of Gases:

  • Taking the shape of their respective container
  • Don’t having a definite volume
  • Have particles which are in constant motion and also having rapid motion.
  • Have particles which are mostly far apart
  • Have relatively low density
  • They are very compressible
  • Have ability to diffuse.

Properties of Plasma:

  • No definite shape
  • No definite volume
  • Free electrical charges that makes plasma electrically more conductive
  • Found under needed conditions.
  • Found in lightening, “Northern lights and stars”.
