state the reason for Migration of Agricultural labourers to towns and cities

Agricultural work is seasonal, so in the off period there is no work. For example, when the fruit picking is over, there is no more fruit to pick until next year. so workers migrate to where work may be found. There may be some work pruning trees and maintenance to be done, but most people will move to where the work is.

People in search of employment go to cities ,they get higher income compare to agriculture labour and has good job security by which they can fulfil their needs
