the rapid advancement in the field of Internet along with the emergence of various products and services in the digital media has created the need to converge multiple technologies.the availability of Carrier technology with high bandwidth has the advantage of transmitting not only voice but also data ,pictures ,and other interactive media through one single Carrier like fibre optic cable , satellite etc.
