Because there are lots of industries and factories which are used on a major scale and their waste are disposed to clean drinking river water and also lots of pollution get outside the factories and industries through chimney. This creates depleting of ozone layer and feels very hot summer season. Due to which the pure water also evaporates with the help of sunlight and now this city is called "LAKE OF THIRSTY WATER !"
