critical angle is formed when the angle of refraction is equals to 90 degree.at this point light cannot pass through the surface .if n is the refractive index then the relation between refractive index and Critical Angle is given by :-

sin  \: e_{c} =  \frac{1}{n}

here ec is the critical angle.

so it is clear that the relation between refractive index and critical angles is inverse .hence this is the required solution .
