 i )  tan \: 380\degree \\= tan ( 360 + 20 )\\= tan 20 \\ = Lies \: in \: first \: Quadrant \\= Positive \:sign

 ii )  cos \: 820\degree \\=  cos ( 2\times 360 + 100 )\\= cos  100 \\ = Lies \: in \: second \: Quadrant \\= Negative \:sign

Therefore.,

\red { Sign\: of \: cos\:820\degree } \green {\: Negative}
