the formation of soil is very slow and gradually process.Thus ,it takes thousands of air to form a layer of soil soil is formed by the breaking down of weathering of certain Rock several agents are involved in weathering process they are water ,wind, ice ,climate (change in temperature), even certain organisation and plant.

Layer of soil are:

1.uppermost layer of the soil is called the top soil or A- horizon.

2. the layer below the top soil is called sub soil or B- horizon.

3. the layer below the subsoil is called prevent soil or C- horizon
