 firstly, what is psychotherapy?

it is the treatment of any mental illness without the help of medicines.

i have provided you with the six steps involved in psychotherapy.

 Stage one: Relationship building|  such that the person doesn't find problems in telling personal problems.

 Stage two: Assessment and diagnosis| psychotherapist needs to see what the problem is.

 Stage three: Formulation of counseling goals| psychotherapist needs to create a mind map to help out the person.

 Stage four: Intervention and problem solving| goals need to be achieved by person in particular interval of time.

 Stage five: Termination and follow-up| end of problem.

 Stage six: Research and evaluation|  any important points that the psychotherapist noted down while treating the person.
