Answer:

Triangular law of vector addition ;

This law state that if two vectors are represented in magnitude

and its direction given by two side of a triangle in same way ,

then the resultant is represented completely by third side of the

triangle in opposite way .

Formula for finding resultant ;

\displaystyle{R=\sqrt{P^2+Q^2+2PQ \ \cos\theta}}

Parallelogram law of vector addition ;

This law state that if two vectors are acting at a point which can

be represented both in direction as well as in magnitude by two

adjacent sides of the parallelogram , then the resultant can be

represented completely by the diagonal of the parallelogram .

Formula for finding direction ;

\displaystyle{\tan\beta =\frac{Q \ \sin\theta}{P+Q \ \cos\theta}}

Your questions

State the triangular law of vector addition and parallelogram law of vector addition?

Hii

you are welcome in my ans

Suppose vectorA and vectorB are two vector to be added , according to above figure the tail of vectorB coincide with the head of vectorA .The vector joining the tail of vector A and head of vectorB is the vector sum of A and B .

point to be noted

Current having direction but doesn't follow triangular vector addition so current is not vector quantity .

fig A and B is explain above Fig C is explained in the pages above
