(i) Algae:

(a) They are usually green,having chlorophyll.

(b) Algae are aquatic in habitat.

Example:Spirogyra

(ii) Fungi:

(a) Chlorophyll is absent in fungi

(b) Fungi are mostly terrestrial i.e growing on land.

Example:Mushroom

(iii) Monocot :

(a) They have an embryo with a single cotyledon.

(b) In monocot secondary growth is absent.

Example:Maize

(iv) Dicot:

(a) They have an embryo with two cotyledon.

(b) In dicot roots develop from radicle.

Example:Gram,rose,mango

(v) Bryophyta :

(a) They are non-flowering plants.

(b) They have stems and leaves but no roots.
