1.the ratio of the sine of the angle of incidence to the ratio of sine of angle of refraction
2 the incident ray the refractrd ray the normal at the point of incidance all lie on the same plane
absolute refractive index=speed of light in vaccum upon the speed of light in medium
absolute refractive = 3×10^8/ 1.4×10^8
