The warming-up is of two types:

(i) Psychological warming-up - It prepares the mental ability towards the competition.It makes player mentally ready through various psychological ways.By the ways,performance is increased.

(ii) Physiological warming-up - It prepares the body physiologically to take the workload of physical stress for competition.
