SI unit of pressure is Pascal. this was named after the scientist Pascal who discovered the term pressure and researched more on the pressure in water

SI unit of pressure is Pa(Pascal) or force /metre^2..

this can also be represented by a unit called torr
torr=10^5 Pa

hope it helps

daksina: thanks a lot
anuritha: its my pleasure dear

hello friend , pressure is mainly measured in 3 units
1.SI unit is 'pascal' and even 'BAR ' too
2.in terms of base SI units it is written as Nm^-2
, where N is newton and m is metre

hence with these units pressure can be measured
