Newton's law of universal gravitation states that a particle attracts every other particle in the universe with a force which is directly proportional to the product of their masses and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between their centers.

So Universal Law Of Gravitation... Given By Ham Sabke Pyaare Shri Shri Newton xD

It States That : " If Two Point Masses Are Kept On Surface of Earth There is An  Attractive Force Which Acts on them Which is Directly Proportional to the Product of The Two Masses and Inversely Proportional to The Square of the separation.. "

All These Words Just Mean

(m1)•___> F____r_____< F___•m2

F ∝ m1*m2

F ∝ 1/r²

[ F = G*m1*m2/r² ]

G is Universal Gravitational Constant which is Equal to 6.67 * 10^-11

F is The Attractive Force

m1 and m2 are two Point Mass

r is their Separation
