Newton's law of universal gravitationstates that a particle attracts every other particle in the universe using a force that is directly proportional to the product of their masses and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between their centers
F=Gm1m2/r²

this law was proposed by Newton. This law states that the law of gravitation was the same for all the objects and every particle of matter attracts each other and given by the formula GMm\R*R means that it is directly proportional to the masses of the object and inversely proportional to the distance between them. E.g. moon revolving around earth by almost circular orbit.
