Heya Friend, Your Answer is here ----

Universal law of Gravitation states that The Force of Gravitational attraction between any two objects in the Universe is directly proportional to the product of their masses and inversely proportional to the square of distance between them.

Hope it will help you

universal law of gravitation states that the two bodies A and B having masses M and M at a distance d from each other . the force of attraction between two objects be F .
the force is directly proportional to masses m1 and m2 and inversely proportional to Distance between .
the gravitational constant is used to remove the sign of proportional .
