every particle in this universe attract every other particle which is directly proportional to the product of their masses and inversely proportional to distance of square between them.

the gravitational force between two object is directly proportional to the the products of masses of two objects and inversely proportional to the square of distance between them

i.e F is directly proportional to m1×m2

and inversely proportional to r^2

therefore F=(GM1×m2)/r^2
