ANSWER: Three changes which took place in france after it became a constitutional monarchy are as follows:-

1) The powers of monarch were limited and it was checked by a constitution.

2)The powers were seperated and it was separated in three sections the judiciary the legislature and the executive.

3)The citizens can vote for the group of electors who in turn chose the assembly .

4) The men who were above 25 and paid a tax equal to the the wage of 3 days Labour were allowed to vote.

5)The citizens who gave vote were called active citizens while all other men and women were called passive citizen .

Explanation:

The national assembly completed the draft of the constitution in 1791 . It was drafted mainly to put a check on the powers of monarch . These powers are now separated and are assigned to different institution .Namely the legislature the judiciary and the executive . The citizens now can vote for a group of electors ,who inturn chose the assembly. But only men above 25 years and who paid the tax equal to the at least 3 days of a Labour's wage had the right to vote. They were called active citizens while all oter men and women were called passive citizen.
