Communicable disease spread from one person to another. They are caused by attack of pathogens. Disease is brought by external factors. Transmission of infection occurs through direct or indirect contact. Example: cholera, typhoid

Non communicable diseases does not spread from one person to another. They ate caused by factors other than pathogen. Diseases ate brought by internal factors. Transmission is absent except for hereditary diseases. Example: diabetes.
