The total force acting on a body perpendicular to its surface is called thrust

The force/thrust acting on a unit area of the object is called pressure

Now don't get confuse by the definition because there is very small difference between thrust and pressure and that difference is the area we take i. e.

In Case Of thrust There Is No Specified Area Is Simply A Force And Its Unit Is Newton But In Case Of Pressure It Is For Specific Area Thats Why Force/thrust Per Unit Area And Its unit Is Newton Per Meter Square Or Pascal.
