The the two drawbacks are as follows...
First he compared his model to a solar system containing planets......secondly he stated that and electron after revolving around the nucleus readily loses energy and after some time falls into the nucleus....

Yeah buddy,
Rutherford's atomic model have three major limitations
1) could not explain stability of atom
2)Failed to explain existence of certain lines in hydrogen spectrum
3)does not give any information about energy,velocity of electron in the atom
